1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Click Click application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service except as allowed by the app
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission from Click Click
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any software contained in the Service
• Bypass security or access controls, including accessing groups you are not invited to
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notations

3. Accounts, Groups & Invitations

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

Click Click allows users to share photos to close groups or shared groups using invitations. Group creators/admins may manage membership, approve or remove members, and control certain group settings. You understand that once you share content with a group, other members may view, save, screenshot, or share that content outside the Service, and Click Click cannot guarantee confidentiality after sharing.

4. User Content

You may upload, post, or share photos and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content, you grant Click Click a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and deliver your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (for example, showing your photos to the groups you invited).

You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to upload and share your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights (including privacy and intellectual property).

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree you will not upload, share, or engage in content or conduct that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• Is harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive
• Contains malware, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the Service
• Attempts to collect data from other users without permission

6. Disclaimer

The Service and materials on Click Click are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Click Click makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Click Click or its affiliates, partners, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Click Click or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Click Click does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Click Click may make changes to the Service at any time without notice.

9. Links & Third-Party Services

Click Click has not reviewed all sites or services linked to the Service and is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site or service. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any third-party website or service is at the user's own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

10. Termination

Click Click may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or the public. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Modifications

Click Click may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location, unless otherwise required by law.
